These website terms do not replace a SaaS subscription agreement, service level agreement or data processing agreement. Those documents must be completed before paid customer onboarding.

Pre-launch information

Estavo is under development. Features, pricing, availability, limits and launch dates may change until confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement.

Pricing information

Website prices are planning prices, exclude VAT where applicable and do not create a binding offer. Final charges, onboarding scope, migration work and included features will be stated in the customer proposal.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The Estavo name, branding, website content and prototype interfaces belong to BJ Precision Business Solutions Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

The website provides general pre-launch information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by reliance on provisional information.
